The new Lift & Press Fat grip handles just got even better!!! The FAT GRIP swivel handles provide full rotation at the at the handles as the steel core handles are combined with the latest needle roller bearing technology to ensure a seamless contraction as the handles rotate throughout the movement!! The handles are also equipped with 2 steel collars on each end which is secured in place via the eye bolt which brings it all together with the classic lift & Press orange webbing!!!
The webbing is also made from woven polypropylene rachet webbing and has a tensile breaking strength of 400kg!! The steel O ring enables you to easily clip the handles on with the Snap Hooks provided making them easy to use on any machine for push downs, flys, or even hook up to suspension straps for suspended push-ups or body weight rows.
The handles are finished off with a textured rubber coating for a strong and comfortable grip. The heavy duty cable handles come with snap hooks which makes it easy to hook up for triceps, biceps and even chest presses.
