Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day then the standard Shipping is 2-3 working days
If you have submitted the wrong shipping address on the order then you can contact us directly either via email or phone
Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order has been dispatched with links to the courier site to make it easy to ensure your home when the items are delivered.
We store no Payment information at all on our website and we use secure payment gateways to process all orders such as PayPal, AmazonPay & Stripe which are all GDPR compliant.
Tax is already added to the price of items in the amount showed on item products
We ship worldwide but only offer free shipping to some products that are purchased in the UK
Providing you placed the order at the same time it should all come in the same package.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a full 28 day return policy to any customer who is not satisfied with their order. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods back to our business address.
If their has been an error with our dispatch team please contract us ASAP and we will have it rectified and shipped again free of charge.
If you feel the item has been damaged in transit then please contact us and send pictures showing how so that we can dispatch a new order and process the claims with our courier service providers.
Return to Sender Slips are shipped with every order.

If you have changed your mind about an order (or your wife has said no to a home gym) then please contact us asap so we can issue a refund before the items are dispatched.
